In this leggings class you will learn how to make your own leggings. There is six hours of instruction. Available in person or live online. You will use a serger and a sewing machine to make a pair of leggings. In-person students are welcome to bring their own machines, but is not required.

Students will use a sewing machine and/or serger for this class. Leggings pattern and materials are included.

Description

Expand your sewing skills and learn how to use a serger and sewing machine to make your own leggings. You will learn how to get the best results when sewing with knits and learn how to use a twin needle to professionally hem your leggings.

This class is part of our Sewing With Knits class series.

Our leggings kit and a commercial sewing pattern is included.

What you will receive in your class kit:

This is an intermediate sewing class and we recommend you have some prior sewing experience. You must feel comfortable using a sewing machine and ideally know how to thread a serger. Our Beginner Sewing, Serger Basics or equivalent sewing experience is recommended.

Pick up or Canada Post shipping is available for the kit. Please note that shipping and handling cost are billed separately, based on Canada Post rates.
