Our one-week virtual kids sewing camp is a fun way for kids to learn how to sew. Each day the campers will work on a different project and learn various sewing skills. Our fun, kid friendly sewing projects make it easy for kids to follow along. Projects may include designing and sewing a tote bag, envelope pillow, donut pillow or making a soft toy.
What to expect!
Kids will learn about commercial sewing patterns, will draft a basic pattern, and build their hand and machine sewing skills. They will also explore the basics of hand embroidery and learn ways of embellishing their sewing projects.
Projects may vary based on age group. Each day we will focus on developing a different skill. Each project builds on the previous days activities. Sessions will be recorded and will be available upon request. Please contact us prior to registering if you are unable to attend all five days.
