Your registration in a class or program is not confirmed until you have completed the registration process and submitted a deposit or payment in full. Attendance in a class is by pre-registration only. We do not accept walk-in registrations. If you want to register for a class that has already begun, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deposit and Payments: All payments are payable to Crafted Spaces. A 30% deposit is required to hold your spot for a class. This deposit may be nonrefundable for some classes. Deposits are payable by cash, cheque, credit card, money order or PayPal. Payments by cheque or money order are acceptable by mail or you can drop off your deposit at our studio locations. Please do not mail cash. You can make a credit card payment using Square at our studio locations. Should we need to cancel a class, a full refund will be provided or you can choose to have your deposit credited toward another class.
The balance of your payment is due on or before your first day of class unless other payment arrangements have been made. If you choose to pay during the first day of class, we accept cash, PayPal or credit card using Square only. Cheques and money orders should be made prior.
Missing a class: If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we may be able to accommodate you on another day within the week or at a future date. Please inform us 24 hours in advance of any cancelations. You will be contacted via telephone or email to schedule a make-up class.
Holidays and weather: Classes at Crafted Spaces run as scheduled; however, we do not hold classes during holidays and classes may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions. If there are any changes to your class, you will be contacted by telephone or email. A makeup date can be arranged.
Walk-in and late registrations: Walk-in registrations during the first day of class will not be accepted. If you are interested in registering for a class that has already started, or if you were unable to register prior to the first day of class, please email email@example.com or call 705-828-7096 (Barrie) to register before the second week of class. We will try our best to make arrangements for you to make-up the first class you missed.
Cancellations (before class begins): If you are unable to attend the class in which you are enrolled, you must let us know at least 7 days before the class' scheduled start date. At that point, you can either have your deposit returned to you (less a $25 administration fee), or you can put the full deposit amount toward another class or future session. If you register for a class or program within one week of the scheduled start date, or if you stop attending within one week of the start date, no portion of your deposit will be returned to you. Some classes may have a nonrefundable deposit.
Refunds (after class has begun): There will be no refunds if you are not able to continue your class at Crafted Spaces. However, depending on class size, we may be able to accommodate you in a subsequent class. If Crafted Spaces cancels a class for any reason, you will receive notice in writing, by telephone and/or email. In this case, you will receive a full or prorated refund for the outstanding sessions or you can choose to receive a credit towards a future class.
Make-up classes: If you want to repeat a lesson that you have already taken or if you missed a class and will like to make-up the lesson, you can join us in a future session and pay a $25 make-up fee. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Space is subject to availability.
