This is a workshop for the knitting novice. This two (2) hours workshop is designed to teach you basic knitting skills. Learn the fundamentals of how to cast on and cast off your projects, how to knit and purl and how to use these stitches to create different textured patterns. You will also learn how to read a basic knitting pattern.
This workshop is designed for students to build confidence to take on a variety of knitting projects. Students can bring their own project or work on a pattern provided. This is a small group workshop with lots of opportunity for one-on-one attention.
Materials are not included, but can be purchased at studio. Feel free to bring your own yarn and needles.
